Tap or turn the display to wake the screen.
Turn the dial to set your desired temperature.
Recommended Settings
Heating and Cooling: 68–72°F
Please do not set below 70°F or turn system off completely in summer months to avoid system strain.
Pool & Spa
Please remember there is a $120/day surcharge to heat the pool. If you would like to add this to your stay, contact the host (William). This surcharge only applies heating the pool. There is no additional cost to heat the hot tub.
Heating the Spa
1. Use the app (iAquaLink) on the ipad.
2. Select the property address.
3. Select the “Spa Heater” button – it is automatically set to 102 degrees. You can adjust the temperature as needed.
It takes 20 minutes to fully heat the spa.
Go back into the app and turn off the “Spa Heater” when you are finished.
Turning on Pool/Spa Lights
1. Follow steps 1-2 above.
2. At the bottom of the app screen, select equipment.
3. Select “pool light” to turn on both the pool and spa light.
Pool toys (noodles, basketball, float devices, etc.) are located either in the pool area or the garage.
Pool maintenance and cleaning service the pool/spa twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Do not be alarmed – the service takes less than 30 minutes.
Sunscreen, pool towels, aloe vera are all found in the hall closet.
First aid kit is found in the hall closet. There are also advil, tylenol.
Parking
Driveway accommodates one vehicles.
Street parking is permitted overnight.
Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways.

Laundry tablets are located on the shelf above the washer. Use one tablet for a small-medium size load and two for a large load.
Select “Normal” for everyday loads.
Press Start to begin cycle.

Clean lint filter before each use.
